The stay page separately mentions the bar, lounge and outside. Ask which dining area and room are available for your booking rather than assuming the whole restaurant is dog-friendly.

Teilo Lodge accepts one dog by prior arrangement and lists no extra dog charge. Owners remain responsible and should not let dogs run freely without close supervision. The shared enclosed grounds include a wildlife pond, chickens, ducks and fields with sheep, so this is not evidence that the whole outdoor space is dog-secure.
