Dog Days Away is an independent UK travel directory operated by UKC LABS LTD. We bring together accommodation options, local outings and suggested short-break plans. Our first collection covers Whitby, Keswick, Tenby, Bakewell and Bamburgh.

How we choose and check places

We look for official accommodation policies and visitor information. A place is included because its published information supports bringing a dog, with restrictions made clear. We distinguish the location of a hotel from the destination it serves, and we flag unknown fees rather than inventing them.

These are researched guides, not accounts of personal stays or inspections. We do not provide live availability, guaranteed dog-friendly rooms, star ratings or veterinary advice. Each local guide shows its research date and links to the sources you need to check before booking.
