Choose a hotel room or a private room in the youth hostel, then keep the first day light after the island journey. Peedie Sea paths offer an easy local focus, while Scapa is a separate shore outing. The Murray Arms provides hotel rooms in the village; Myres is a two-person cottage at Grimness outside it. Myres is listed only for May to August, so it is a seasonal option rather than an all-year fallback. Choose the accommodation and island journey first, then build a modest shore day around conditions.

The hotel and The Voe serve different trips: one offers rooms, while the other is a one-bedroom apartment with a minimum week.
