It is a year-round dog option, but check tide times and leave enough time to return before the incoming tide; at low tide it is a broad sandy beach backed by shingle and boulders. Do not assume the beach stays connected to the village throughout the day.
Ceredigion’s guidance names Glanmor Terrace from its junction with High Terrace up to and including South John Street as a lead-required area. Keep your dog on a lead there, even when heading between dog-permitted beaches. Follow any additional local signs. The council spells the road “Glanmor”; Discover Ceredigion uses “Glanmore”.
